Instruction for returning a Parcel

GUIDE TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM AN ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE ETUDES-STUDIO.COM

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by following our return procedure below:

1. REQUEST YOUR RETURN

- All returns must be registered through our return portal.

- Online exchanges are not available. If you wish to make an exchange, please return your order for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

- To initiate your return, click here. We recommend that you carefully follow our return procedure.


2. PREPARE YOUR RETURN

- The original packaging of your parcel can be reused to send the item(s) back to us.

- Place the relevant items inside. They must be in their original condition and packaging (including tags), unworn, unwashed, and with all protective materials provided.

3. ORGANIZE THE RETURN

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. All returns must be sent to the following address:

- Please ensure that all returned products are securely packaged, in their original condition, and shipped using the carrier of your choice, with tracking and insurance. Études Studio will not be held responsible for lost return parcels.
