My Account

Etudes gives you the opportunity to open an account on etudes-studio.com.
You can either create it via "My Account" in the top right corner of our home page or when you order. Creating an account on etudes-studio.com offers you a fast and secure way to order. It is also used to track your order and to receive emails regarding its status.
Your account also allows you to manage your delivery addresses so you don't have to re-enter them when you order.

To connect to your account, click on the "My Account" area at the top right of the home page.
Enter your email address and password and validate.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at order@etudes-studio.com.
Please note that deleting your account will result in the loss of your entire purchase history.

My order

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the Colissimo or DHL tracking number.
You can also go to the "My Orders" section of your account to check the status of your order and access your tracking.

Sometimes an order or part of an order can be cancelled by our system for various reasons. In particular for the following reasons:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty processing your payment information
  • Cannot ship to address provided
  • A duplicate order has been placed
  • Suspicion of fraud

Etudes reserves the right to cancel an order for the reasons mentioned above. In this case, you will receive an e-mail explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be charged. If you are interested in alternative products please contact us by email at order@etudes-studio.com

The items are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit from the warehouse to the delivery address. Your items are no longer covered by the insurance once they have been delivered against signature to the delivery address indicated.

Payment and taxes

You have the possibility to pay your order by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Stripe and Apple Pay. Your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely processed by the secure payment module of our partners. Your payment is totally secure. Your bank account will be debited upon validation of your order.

If your payment was not successful, do not hesitate to place your order again with another method of payment.

The prices charged are those displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
Sale prices are indicated in euros including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

Delivery

Etudes offers delivery in France for any order over 100 €, in Europe for any order over 150 € and outside Europe for any order over 200 €.
This offer does not apply during sales periods.
We ship worldwide. Our orders are shipped via DHL with sign-on-receipt delivery.

Delivery times are given as an indication.
Orders placed after 12:00 am will be shipped the next day. During sales periods deliveries may be delayed due to the large number of orders.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or contact us at order@etudes-studio.com.
All orders are shipped with DHL and are fully traceable on their website mydhl.com. You can always contact them if you have any questions regarding your shipment.
You can also refer to the "Orders" section of your account for general information on the status of your order.

Taxes and customs duty

All our packages are shipped with INCOTERM DAP. The prices of the products are expressed in Euros, including all taxes and excluding customs duties. For orders outside the EU, customs duties are at the customer's expense.

Pick-Up In-Store

Etudes offers you the possibility of picking up your order placed on etudes-studio.com at our flagship store at 14, rue Debelleyme 75003 Paris.
This service is free of charge. If this service is available for your order, the option "Pick up in store" will appear in the delivery options when you pay. You will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up. The delivery time may vary depending on whether the items are available in store or whether we need to have them sent to us. Please wait until you receive this email before picking up your order.

Picking up an In-Store order

You have 14 days from receipt of the e-mail to pick up your order.
If you are unable to collect your order, it will be refunded to you by the same method of payment.
To pick up your order in the shop, please present:

  • The purchase invoice
  • An official identity document with photo If a third person picks up the order for you, that person will have to present:
  • His own official identity document with photo
  • The purchase invoice

Insurance

ÉTUDES insures each purchase during the transit time until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery, you also agree that the signature of the third party is sufficient proof of delivery.

Return and exchange

Returns

You have up to 14 days after receipt of your order to return it to us at the following address :

Returned items must be in the condition in which you received them, with their labels attached, accompanied by the completed return slip (available in your package).
Return costs are at the customer's expense. Etudes will not be responsible if the returned package has been stolen or lost. We advise you to take an insurance. Any package returned after the prescribed time limit will be refused and returned to sender. The costs and risks related to the return of the Product(s) are the responsibility of the sender.

Change or cancel your order

If you want to exchange your order, please contact our customer service at order@etudes-studio.com.

You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund if you notify us in writing at [order@etudes-studio.com]((mailto:order@etudes-studio.com).
Please note that if returned items are damaged or if they are not returned, we will be entitled to ask you for compensation for any losses that may be incurred.

If your items are faulty, do not match the description given on the site or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us and we will help you manage the return and refund procedure. We will then exceptionally pay for the return shipping costs.
We recommend that you return your items with a delivery service that offers tracking and insurance for your protection.
If we cancel your order, you will receive an e-mail explaining the reasons for the cancellation. Cancelled items will not be charged. We can advise you on how to replace the missing item at order@etudes-studio.com.

Refund

All returns must be sent back within 14 days in accordance with the Hamon law (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code.) or returned to the shop. Returned items must be in their original condition. They will be refunded according to the method of payment used for the purchase.

The costs of return remain the responsibility of the buyer, and will not be refunded.

Returns with damaged items, missing labels, as well as incomplete orders will not be refunded. We always try to process refunds as quickly as possible, however extra time may apply during sales or holiday periods.

FAQ

1 - How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number sent in the e-mail to see where your package is. You can also track your order by entering your tracking number on the carrier's website. You can also log in to your online account to access your tracking number. If you choose to pick up your package in the store, the tracking information will not be available.

2 - What are the delivery times?

Delivery times differ from country to country, it can be from 1 to 2 working days for France as well as 2 to 4 days for Europe and international. These times are indicative and delivery delays may be caused.

3 - What are the delivery costs?

We ship worldwide.
Delivery costs differ depending on whether you live in France, Europe or outside Europe. We offer shipping costs from a certain purchase amount.

4 - Is my package insured?

7 - How to return or exchange an item?

We offer a full refund or an exchange for another color/size. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return it to us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are sent to you free of charge. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition.

8 - What should I do if I have received a faulty item?

At Études we make sure that you receive a product that meets your expectations, however, in rare cases you may receive a defective product. In this case we will help you with the exchange and return process. Please send us an email to: order@etudes-studio.com

9 - Can I make an exchange for a more expensive item?

For security reasons, we do not store your payment information in our database. Therefore, you cannot exchange an item for a more expensive one. Items can only be exchanged for the same model in a different size or colour, which means that they are also not exchangeable for cheaper items.

10 - Can I return or exchange my order in the shop?

We accept returns of purchases made online in our shop at 14, rue Debelleyme 75003 Paris. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to come and deposit it for a refund or exchange.

11 - Will I be refunded the total amount of my order?

When you return all the items in your order, Etudes will refund you in full, including shipping costs. Exchanges remain free of charge.
